Hi,
As the title suggests, is there a method to cut objects in the host file by creating a void object from the linked file?
I have created a Dynamo script for this requirement, but sometimes it doesn't work correctly.
Thanks for any help.

Does Revit itself join/cut such elements normally?

Hi,
Thank you for your response. In Revit, it seems that cutting objects in the host file using a void from a linked file isn't directly supported.
However, I have tried using a Dynamo script to achieve this, but it doesn't always work as expected. Do you have any suggestions or alternative workflows that might help in this situation?

Unfortunately, no. If the Revit itself does not provide for some action, we try not to come up with any alternative solutions, as this will eventually lead to problems for the mass consumer
