Relocation of web services
At the end of 2020, we moved ModPlus web services (responsible for installation, upgrades, backup storage and licensing) to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. The reason was that the previous hosting platform was not able to handle the load. Not even a year and a half later, we moved the web services again. This time it was because of the impossibility to pay for Microsoft Azure services due to the sanctions.
This time, no manual updates are required from the users - all the necessary addresses will be changed automatically after the applications are reloaded.
IMPORTANT: Due to technical reasons, user backup files of plugin settings were lost. We apologize to you and ask you to take this into account in your work.
