Revit. Walls Reinforcement. New joints and launching on different views
We are pleased to introduce a new version of the Walls Reinforcement plugin, the changes of which we will tell you a bit in this article
This update contains many changes regarding wall joints:
- a redesign of the settings has been made - now only those settings that apply to the selected joint type are displayed
- bent "in bottle" wall joints have been added (picture above).
- added wall joints as individual U-shaped bars (picture above).
- added possibility for straight wall joints to create an additional L-shaped bar to be bent into the above-mentioned slab if the wall is on the edge of the slab (picture above).
For straight joints of different lengths, the ability to alternate sides has been added. I.e., on the first step, short joint on the left, long joint on the right, on the second, long joint on the left, short joint on the right, on the third, short joint on the left, long joint on the right, and so on:
One of the biggest changes that many people have definitely been waiting for
Removed the restriction on running the plugin only on plans!
You can now work with the plugin on 3D views, sections and other views. Due to this change, grouping of walls and intersections by level has been added.
