Using
The plugin allows you to change an element's association with the base and top levels without changing the element's position in the model.
To use the plugin, create a new configuration using the
button.

Created configurations can be duplicated
, renamed
, exported
, imported
, and deleted
using the corresponding buttons.
Each configuration consists of a list of settings. To add a setting, click
to the right of the list.
Each setting consists of an element filter by categories and parameters and two level selection drop-down lists. The second list is available only for categories that have an association with a top level.
The level list contains the options Nearest, Nearest below, Nearest above, Do not change, Do not associate, as well as the levels of the current document. The level nearest to the element is determined by the bottom elevation of its Bounding Box for the base level and by the top elevation for the top level.
The category and parameter filter can be left empty. In this case, all elements will be processed according to the selected options, but errors may occur because not all elements have the “Base Level” property.
Only visible – when this option is enabled, only levels visible in the current view will be used for the Nearest, Nearest below, and Nearest above options.
At the bottom of the window is the Set levels button, which starts the process of changing the base and top levels for the specified element selection option: Selected elements, In active view, or In nmdel.
