Using
The plugin allows you to change the binding of an element to the reference and top level without changing the position of the element in the model.
To use the plugin, you must select an existing configuration or create a new one. To create a new configuration, click 
To rename an existing configuration, press 
, to duplicate a configuration press 
, and to delete press 
. The last remaining configuration cannot be deleted.
Each configuration consists of a list of settings. To add a setting, press to the right of the list.
Each setting consists of two components: a filter of elements by category and parameters and two drop-down lists with the selection of a new level. The second list is only available for those categories that have a top level binding.
The list of levels includes the Nearest, Do not change, Do not bind selection option, as well as the levels of the current document. The nearest level to the element is determined by the lower point of the describing rectangle (Bounding Box) for the base level and the upper point for the top level.
Attention! It is possible to leave the filter by categories and parameters empty. In this case, all the elements according to the selection options will be processed, but there may be errors, because not all elements have the property "Base Level".
In the lower part of the window there is the Set levels button, which starts the process of changing the base and top level for the specified option of element selection – Selected elements, On active view or In model.
